Instrument access

Every user needs to request access to an instrument of a specific facility to be able tbe affiliated with at least one lab in the CFMS to be able to make reservations.

There are multiple ways to request instrument access:

Using the User Wizard

New users will automatically be directed to the User Wizard upon registration. Existing users can manually start the User Wizard on the My Profile page. Instrument access request is the third step.

Using the Instruments Page

  1. Navigate to the Instruments page.

  2. Request access.
